Inspired by a deep connection to Canadian heritage, nature, and nourishing food, Huron Coast Trading Co. was built with the intention of bringing people back to simple, meaningful living. Founded by Melissa — a holistic nutritionist by trade — the brand reflects a lifelong passion for wellness, sustainability, and the healing power of real food.

The journey began in 2015 with the founding of Pure Local Organics Inc., a whole-food movement grounded in mindful living and community connection. In 2017, that passion evolved into the world of small-batch olive oils and balsamic vinegars under the original “Pure” label. What started as a simple offering soon grew into a thoughtfully curated lifestyle brand: Huron Coast Trading Co.

Today, we source authentically crafted, high-quality extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world. Every product is seasonally selected and reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and appreciation for hand-crafted. Through each bottle, we celebrate the traditions, flavours, and connections that bring people together around the table.

Our delicate culinary creations are inspired by generations of wisdom and a belief that food should nourish both the body and soul. We proudly support communities and producers who share our values and invite you to slow down, savour the experience, and reconnect with what truly matters.
